Our  terms and conditions ensure you are able to shop with confidence and be fully informed before you buy.  Please make sure that you read them thoroughly. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note each image is a true representation of colour but sometimes can appear different on your screen ,dependant on your screen size and settings. Always check the description of our pieces to ensure each product is suitable for your requirements e.g. size.

PAYMENT

Payment on the this website is processed through Paypal and Stripe,  which are some of the safest and easiest ways to pay online.  Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to pay this way, you are able to pay with your card.

ORDERING PROCESS

We will send a confirmation email once your order has been placed placed. You will be notified when we have posted your item/items to you via email.

PRICES

All prices on our website are in pounds sterling as all items are only posted to UK addresses..

  • Promotions and special offers may occur from time to time and the price on the item at the time of purchase is the correct price.
  • Refunds will be calculated using the original purchase price
  • Prices of the products can be subject to change.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING.

  • All products are shipped within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail excepting art prints which can take up to 10 working days for dispatch.
  • All postage costs include a small proportion of packaging costs to keep your purchase secure
  • Depending on your choice at checkout, items will be shipped to UK destinations using the First or Second Class  Signed For.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • If you are unhappy with your order, you have 7 days within which to inform me in writing of your desire and reason for a refund.
  • A full refund will be given if the goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit. 
  • If you would like to return an goodss for any other reason, you will only be refunded the cost price of the item/items minus the original shipping costs..NB Items MUST be returned in a saleable condition
  • I am unable to offer you a refund if returned goods are not in a resaleable condition.
  • I am unable to refund or accept returns on custom made or personalised items.
  • All returns must be sent within 14 days of me agreeing to process your refund.  Please note that the cost of returning the item to me is your own, unless the item received was faulty but we do recommend you send via a tracked service to ensure receipt.
  • I accept no liability for goods returned by customers that have been lost or damaged in the post
  • I will refund your purchase price via your original payment method, within 7 days of receipt of your returned item/items.

DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY POLICY

  • I will only use your personal details for processing, packaging, posting and to inform you when your purchases have been dispatched.
  • I will never pass your information onto third parties for any reason.
